The NLJ Forum welcomes book reviews, short articles, timely reaction pieces, relevant commentary, and responses to published articles. We are always looking for pieces that present novel ideas and push legal scholarship forward. The Forum invites both formal and more conversational styles.
Submissions of 3,000 words or fewer are greatly preferred, but we will consider relevant submissions of up to 6,000 words. We ask that all manuscript citations conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook. Submissions should be footnoted sensibly, thoroughly, and appropriately for publication on the Forum. Please note: We do not currently accept submissions from student authors, unless the piece is a response to a student note published in the Nevada Law Journal.
Submissions should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or submitted to the NLJ Forum's Scholastica page.
